acupuncture and holistic bodywork at Eau de Vie, Oxford’s leading
natural health centre.
From 2004, Ania studied acupuncture at the

Health in London in 2002, gaining a diploma from the International
Therapy Examination Council as well as the Massage Training
Institute. She has since trained in myofascial release and clinical
massage with JING, the UK’s foremost institute for advanced massage
training. Ania is committed to ongoing professional development. She
attends a regular supervision group and has completed various other
post-graduate courses, including deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy,
holistic pulsing, ayurvedic massage, Indian head massage, reiki
healing levels I & II and counselling skills.
Before pursuing her career in alternative
medicine, Ania obtained a BA(hons) in nursing and has worked within
specialist fields of children's surgery. Ania has also been a
dedicated yoga practitioner for over ten years. Her daily yoga
practice and her study with world-class teachers continue to inspire
and inform her work with clients.
